Color is rarely still. It intensifies, recedes, collides with another tone, and changes according to what surrounds it. Before becoming an image or a symbol, it can arrive simply as a sensation.

L GALLERY, in collaboration with Maison JE Bangkok, presents *COLOR PULSE*, a group exhibition featuring six contemporary Korean artists: 2Myoung, Im Solji, Kim Ok Jin, Lee Jaeyual, Suzy Q, and Qwaya. Curated by Maison JE, the exhibition brings together distinct visual practices through a shared attention to color—not as a decorative element, but as something capable of carrying mood, rhythm, and emotional intensity.

Across the exhibition, different palettes and forms occupy the same space without dissolving into a single visual language. One color meets another; separate images begin to affect the way neighboring works are perceived. The “pulse” of the title emerges through this accumulation, as individual works create changing intervals of contrast, resonance, and pause throughout the exhibition.

*COLOR PULSE* also marks the first presentation in Thailand for each of the six participating artists. Rather than introducing Korean contemporary art through a single tendency or aesthetic, the exhibition places different artistic positions alongside one another, allowing their differences to remain visible while forming a temporary collective rhythm.

In this sense, color becomes both the subject and the means of encounter. It moves between artwork and space, between one practice and another, and finally toward the viewer—sometimes immediately, sometimes before its emotional effect can be named.

*COLOR PULSE* begins there: at the moment when seeing becomes feeling.
