藝術家崔允貞的創作是從捕捉日常風景中的瞬間開始。在熟悉的風景中，光、影交錯的剎那，被她毫無遺漏地收集起來原封不動的搬上畫布。平凡無奇的畫面中，大自然光影的痕跡，散落在畫面各處，與建築物的窗戶、牆壁……等井然有序之線條形成鮮明的對比。另外，有別於背景，它簡潔有力的處理方式，在光線柔和的筆觸下，形成了對比。藝術家在人造的建築空間中添加瞬間的自然現象，強調兩個畫面的反差；在冰冷的畫面中，注入一絲絲的生氣，讓景象瞬間擁有溫暖氛圍和時間性。
經常在平凡的日常生活中得到靈感，雖然說對我們來說是日復一日、稍縱即逝的片刻，但是透過藝術家的觀察及詮釋，帶給我們全然不同的感受。在光和影的照耀下描繪出全新的色彩，作品中呈現的景色不再是熟悉的日常景象，反而像初次偶遇般新鮮有趣。
